摘要:
This systematic review and meta-analysis assess the effectiveness of catheter ablation (CA) in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) and heart failure (HF). The analysis includes 34 studies with a total of 777,668 patients, revealing that CA significantly reduces the risk of HF events, cardiovascular mortality, and rehospitalization compared to non-ablation therapies. The findings support the early intervention of CA in managing AF-HF patients, highlighting its potential to improve clinical outcomes and quality of life.
