摘要:
Baicalin, a flavonoid from traditional Chinese medicine, shows promise in protecting human umbilical vein endothelial cells from oxidative stress, a key factor in preeclampsia. The study reveals that baicalin regulates the TNF-α-mediated MAPK/ERK1/2 pathway, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic agent. Results indicate that baicalin can significantly reduce apoptosis and restore myeloperoxidase levels, suggesting a dual role in oxidative stress modulation. These findings pave the way for further research and potential clinical applications in managing preeclampsia.
