摘要:

Tan IIA, a bioactive compound from traditional Chinese medicine, has been shown to protect against Listeria monocytogenes infection by inhibiting the virulence factor Listeriolysin O (LLO). In vitro and in vivo studies demonstrated its ability to reduce cytotoxicity and bacterial loads, while improving survival rates in infected mice. This research highlights the potential of Tan IIA as an alternative therapeutic approach to combat antibiotic-resistant Listeria infections.
