摘要:
The study investigates the role of NR4A1 in gastric cancer (GC) radioresistance, revealing that its downregulation contributes to treatment failure. High-throughput sequencing identified NR4A1's expression abnormalities in radioresistant GC cells. Overexpression of NR4A1 enhanced radiation sensitivity and inhibited tumor growth and metastasis in animal models. These findings suggest NR4A1 as a potential therapeutic target to overcome radiotherapy resistance in GC, emphasizing its significance in improving patient outcomes.
