摘要:
Genistein, a natural isoflavonoid, enhances the efficacy of anti-PD-1 therapy in melanoma by suppressing regulatory T cell (Treg) differentiation and activity. This study demonstrates that genistein not only reduces Treg populations but also increases CD8+ T cell infiltration, leading to improved antitumor responses. The underlying mechanism involves the inhibition of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, suggesting that genistein could serve as a promising adjuvant in cancer immunotherapy.
