摘要:
Cucurbitacin B (CuB) exhibits significant anti-tumor properties against glioblastoma (GBM) by inducing apoptosis through the STAT3/ROS/endoplasmic reticulum stress pathway. The study introduces M@CuB-Lips, a novel formulation enhancing targeted delivery to brain tumors, demonstrating substantial tumor inhibition in vivo. CuB's mechanism involves inhibiting STAT3 phosphorylation, elevating ROS levels, and activating ER stress, making it a promising candidate for GBM therapy. The findings highlight CuB's potential as a low-toxicity treatment option, addressing critical challenges in GBM management.
