摘要:

Cinnamon Bark Oil (CBO) has been shown to provide neuroprotective effects in a rat model of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. The study highlights CBO's antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-apoptotic properties, demonstrating its ability to reduce neuronal degeneration and oxidative stress markers. CBO increased antioxidant enzyme activities while decreasing levels of inflammatory cytokines. These findings suggest that CBO could serve as a complementary therapeutic agent for ischemic brain injuries, with significant implications for future clinical applications.
