PYCR1 plays a critical role in lung cancer progression by interacting with EGFR and TLR signaling pathways. This study shows that PYCR1 is upregulated in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and enhances tumorigenicity through mechanisms involving cell proliferation and migration. The use of PYCR1 inhibitors, such as PYCR1-IN-1, demonstrates potential therapeutic strategies for targeting EGFR- and TLR-driven lung cancer progression.
