摘要:
This study investigates the antioxidant properties of Octhochloa compressa, a medicinal plant from Pakistan. It evaluates various solvent extracts for their antioxidant activity using DPPH and FRAP assays, identifying key bioactive compounds through HPLC and GC-MS. Molecular docking studies with NADPH oxidase suggest potential therapeutic applications in managing oxidative stress-related disorders. The findings underscore the plant's rich source of antioxidants and its relevance in traditional medicine.
