摘要:

H8, a curcumin analog and selective inhibitor of 11β-HSD1, has shown promising results in alleviating lipid metabolism disorders associated with obesity. The study demonstrated that H8 reduces glucocorticoid levels and lipid accumulation in both in vitro and in vivo models, primarily through the activation of the AMPK signaling pathway. These findings suggest H8's potential as a therapeutic agent for metabolic syndrome, warranting further investigation into its efficacy and mechanisms.
