摘要:
PCSK9 inhibitors, particularly Evolocumab, have been shown to significantly enhance the quality of life in patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS), as assessed by the PROMIS-10 scale. The study indicates improvements in both physical and mental health dimensions, especially in pain intensity and emotional well-being. Conducted across multiple hospitals in Tianjin, this research highlights the importance of addressing emotional health in cardiovascular treatment, suggesting that the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) may be linked to emotional issues. Further studies are warranted to explore these relationships and optimize treatment strategies.
