摘要:

Lingze mixture (LM), a traditional Chinese herbal formula, has shown significant efficacy in treating gouty arthritis in a rat model. This study explored its anti-inflammatory effects and potential mechanisms through transcriptome analysis. Results indicated that LM treatment reduced synovial inflammation and modulated key signaling pathways, including TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB and MAPK. These findings provide a foundation for further research into LM's therapeutic potential in gouty arthritis.

关键证据

LM treatment significantly attenuated MSU-induced synovitis and reduced protein levels of TLR4, MyD88, and NF-κB.
Transcriptome analysis revealed significant enrichment of the TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways.
The study confirms the anti-gout efficacy of LM in vivo and provides preliminary evidence for its mechanisms.
